After Thanksgiving Salad Recipe


  • 1 x Hard-cooked egg
  • 4 c. Shredded cooked turkey or possibly chicken
  • 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans


In A Bowl, Mash The Egg With A Fork. Add In Turkey, Mayonnaise And Relish. Cover And Chill Till Serving. Stir In Pecans Just Before Serving. Yield: 4 Servings.
