- 3 x dry kaffir lime leaves 1
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 stalk lemon grass, slivered
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 c. soft tofu, cubed
- 1 c. Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 c. bok choy, minced 3
- 1/4 c. scallions, finely minced
- 1/4 c. cilantro, minced
- 1 x lime, cut into wedges
