  • 1 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
  • 12 ounce Leeks, trimmed and diced
  • 3 stk celery, minced
  • 12 ounce Parsnips, trimmed and diced
  • 12 ounce Carrots' peeled and diced
  • 2 ounce Chestnuts
  • 2 pt Stock
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
  • 3 tsp Minced fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. Shoyu
