  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter plus
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 8 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Sugar plus
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 c. Ricotta Inpastata cheese
  • 1 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Pure vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp. Rum
  • 3 Tbsp. Finely-minced candied lemon peels
  • 3 Tbsp. Finely-minced candied orange peels
  • 4 Tbsp. Minced pistachio nuts
  • 1/4 c. Heavy cream whipped till stiff
  • 1/4 c. Grand Marnier or possibly Cointreau
  •     (or possibly other orange liqueur)
  • 1 1/2 c. Sweetened whipped cream
  • 3 c. Semi-sweet chocolate cut into pcs
  • 1/2 c. Cool espresso coffee
  • 1/2 lb Cool butter cut into cubes
