Avocado Frappe Recipe


  • 1/4 med ripe avocado
  • 3 Tbsp. palm sugar - (packed)
  •     (or possibly light brown sugar)
  • 3/4 c. plain soy lowfat milk
  • 4 x ice cubes
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
