  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1 x 6 ounce can crab meat, white or possibly lump, liquid removed
