  • 175 gm shortcrust pastry
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion or possibly shallot
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 215 ml thick cream salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp parsley minced
  • 10 x fresh asparagus spears very lightly cooked
