Muffelatta Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Green olives, coarsely minced
  • 2/3 c. Black olives, coarsely minced
  • 1/4 c. Pimento, minced
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 x Fillet anchovy, mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. Capers
  • 1/2 c. Minced parsley
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil (I think you could probably use much less)
  • 1 lrg Loaf bread (they say french but I think the CG used Italian)
  • 1/3 lb Each thinly sliced hard salami, ham, and provolone, and of course the salad
