Ingredients

  • 5 lb Pork Butt, (cubed)
  • 1/4 c. Celery, (small dice)
  • 1/4 c. Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Pepper (small diced)
  • 1/4 c. Yellow Onion, (small diced)
  • 1/4 c. Red Onion, (small dice)
  • 8 x Cloves Garlic, (chopped)
  • 2 bn Green Onion, (small dice)
  • 1 Tbsp. Basil
  • 1 Tbsp. Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Cayenne
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 2 tsp Chili Pwdr
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worstershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  •     Salt & Pepper to taste
