  •     Cored
  • 1/3 c. Apple cider
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon zest -- grated
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. Powdered sugar
