  • 1 c. Bulgur(cracked wheat)
  • 1 c. Quartered cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 c. Lightly packed minced
  •     Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh mint
  • 1/3 c. Lime or possibly lemon juice
