- 1 lb fresh tortellini, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/2 lb tri-color fusilli or possibly rotini, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/2 lb fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1 x roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
- 1/4 lb pepperoni slices, minced coarsely
- 1/2 bn scallions, sliced
- 1/4 lb fresh broccoli florets, blancheds
- 1/2 c. toasted pine nuts, optional
- 1/2 c. minced sun-dry tomatoes, optional
- Â Â vinaigrette dressing
- Â Â grated parmesan or possibly romano cheese
Description
Combine All Ingredients Except For Dressing And Cheese. Toss With Dressing And Parmesan Cheese.
