Ingredients
- Apples (sufficient to quarter and fill 7 jars)
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. corn starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 10 c. water
- 3 T lemon juice
Description
Mix All Dry Ingredients Together. Pour Water And Lemon Juice And Boil Till Thick. Pour Over Apples In Jar. Boil 20 Min In Jars In Hot Waterbath.
