Antipasto Salad Recipe


  • 3 c. cauliflower
  • 3 c. broccoli
  • 1 c. ripe olives
  • 1 c. onion (red ones are pretty)
  • 1 1/2 c. farmer cheese, cubed
  • 1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 c. pepperoni (sm. slices)


Put Together All In A Large Bowl With 1/2 (16 Ounce) Bottle Zesty Italian Dressing. I Have Also Used Presto Italian Dressing.
