Antipasto Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound med. shells, cooked and cooled
  • 1/2 pound cubed Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 pound cubed salami
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni, cut up
  • 2 green peppers, cubed
  • 3 stocks celery, sliced
  • 1 can black olives, sliced
  • 3 fresh tomatoes, cut in pcs
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 T basil
  • Dash of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Description

Mix Well. Pour Over Ingredients. Refrigerate Overnight.
