Antipasto Recipe


  • 1 (16 ounce) pkg. (mix) of frzn broccoli, green beans, pearl onions, red peppers
  • 1 (9 ounce) pkg. frzn Italian green beans
  • 1/2 c. pitted black olives, cut in half
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hears, liquid removed and quartered
  • 4 ounce (1/4 pound) salami, cut in 1/4 inch strips
  • 8 ounce) 1/2 pound) Provolone cheese, cut in 1/4 inch strips
  • 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2c. white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon each dry dill, oregano, garlic pwdr, basil, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
