  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 c. half-and-half
  • 1 lb dungeness crab meat thawed if necessary
  • Salt to taste
  • Minced fresh parsley
