- 1/2 tsp dry oregano, crushed
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp grnd red pepper
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 8 sm corn or possibly four 8 to 10 inch flour tortillas
- 1/2 x red or possibly yellow sweet pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 x small onion, sliced and separated into rings
