Crab Bake & Artichokes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. crabmeat or possibly sea leg
  • 2 cans artichokes hearts, liquid removed & minced
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Description

Mix All Except Parmesan Cheese And Bread Crumbs. Fold Into Well Greased 4-quart Casserole. Top With Bread Crumbs And Parmesan Cheese. Bake At 375 Degrees For 30 Min.
