Asparagus Soup Recipe


  • 1 1/2 lb Asparagus, cut up
  • 2 1/2 c. Cream or possibly lowfat milk
  • 5 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 stk butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 x Strips bacon
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, finely minced
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
