  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. Flavorful extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp Toasted dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, or possibly to taste (up to 1)
  • 4 x Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 bn Cilantro, finely chopped
  •     Chipotle Oil (see recipe)
