  • 1 Tbsp. Roasted peanuts, coarsely
  •     Minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil (preferably peanut)
  • 1 x To 3 Tbsp. rice or possibly red
  •     Wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
