Gobi Dal Lentils With Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Masoor Dal (Pink Lentils)
  • 1 sm Cauliflower
  • 2 med Onions, finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Ghee or possibly Oil
  • 1 tsp Grnd Chili
  • 2 tsp Freshly Grnd Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd Cumin
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd Coriander
  • 2 tsp Grnd Turmeric
  •     Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
  • 2 ounce Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 ounce Raw Cashew Nuts
