A Jad (cucumber Pickle) Recipe


  • 4 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 Tbsp. Cucumber, very coarsely minced, or possibly sliced
  • 2 x Shallots (purple onions) minced
  • 3 x -(up to)
  • 4 x Red and green prik ki nu (Birdseye chillis), thinly sliced
