  • 1 tsp Grnd turmeric
  • 1 tsp Grnd fenugreek, optional
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd coriander seed
  •     Salt and pepper
