- 1 x orange halved

- 6 Tbsp. softened butter
- Â Â Pan juices from the turkey
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 tsp dark molasses
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. minced sage
