- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. White wine
- 1/4 c. Water

- 1/4 c. Cappellini
- 2 ounce Fresh basiil
- 1 ounce Green onion, minced
- 1/2 ounce Pimentos
- 1/2 ounce Dry anise
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
