  • 900 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Agar flakes
  • 2 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 250 ml Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 dsh Natural almond essence
  •     Dry mango slices, pre-soaked, angelica, natural coloured glace
