- 4 fresh medium artichokes
- 4 Oz Speck in one slice of 1/4 of inch thick
- 10 leaves of Frisee' lattuce
- 2 Oz Pecorino Toscano shaves
- 1 Tbs shaved almond toasted
- 1/2 Tsp Rose Pepper Corn crushed
- Salt to season
- 2 Tbs Very Good Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( Laudemio Frescobaldi is the best for this salad)
- 1 Chestnut Honey
- 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
