• 1 orange, zested
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp. onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp. dry basil
• 2 tsp. dry oregano
• Pinch chili flakes, if desired
• 1/2 pint cream
• salt & pepper, to taste
