• 1/2 c. cocoa pwdr (measured then sifted)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp grnd cloves
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp cherry or possibly raspberry extract
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 c. raspberry or possibly apricot jam
• 2 c. walnuts broken
• 1 c. coarsely-minced semi-sweet chocolate or possibly
•     chocolate chips
•     Nonstick cooking spray
