- 8 ounce Moscato D'Asti (sweet wine from Italy)
- 1/2 c. Hazelnuts roughly minced
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Unsalted butter softened
- 4 slc Good-quality white bread toasted

- 8 ounce Aged goat cheese, caraway round
