- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
- 16 fresh mint leaves, finely slivered
- 2 cups chicken broth, homemade or canned low sod
- Salt to taste
- Ground cumin for serving
