  • 1/2 c. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. minced fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x Italian rolls - (5"-diameter or possibly 6"-long) split lengthwise
  • 12 ounce fresh water-packed mozzarella liquid removed, sliced
  • 6 ounce salami thinly sliced
  • 8 Tbsp. green olivada
