  • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. Celery, minced
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. Potato diced
  • 1/2 c. Carrot, diced
  • 2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
