  • 4 x andouille sausage links cut 1/2" pcs
  • 1/2 c. minced red bell pepper in 1/4" pcs
  • 1/2 c. minced green bell pepper in 1/4" pcs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely-minced green onions
