Antipasto Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound Provolone cheese (grated)
  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 4 hard boiled large eggs (sliced)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 pound fried bacon (minced)
  • Sm. can black olives
  • DRESSING (Blend in blender.)
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 med. onion (minced)
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar (I prefer only 1/3 c. sugar)
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T oregano

Description

Toss Above Ingredients And Add In Dressing.
