Advocaat (dutch Eggnog) Recipe


  • 10 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 x Level tsp. salt
  • 275 gm Sugar
  • 4 dl Cognac
  • 1 x 1/2 level tsp. vanilla essence (extract, I think)


Separate The Large Eggs And Beat The Yolks With The Salt And The Sugar, Till The Mix Is Thick And Creamy. Beat In The Cognac, Very Slowly And Put The Mix Into A Double Saucepan.…
