Aubergine Relish (sambal Terong) Recipe


  • 2 sm Aubergines
  • 1 lrg Spanish onion
  • 4 x Cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Chilli pwdr
  • 1 slc Terasi
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 2 lrg Tomatoes
