  • 2 3/4 c. apple cider
  • 2 pkt gelatin - (1/2 ounce ea)
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. Cointreau
  • 2 sm apples cored, and
  •     cut 1/2" off tops
  • 12 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 x Large eggs
  • 1/8 c. brandy
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 x orange zested
