  • 2 1/2 c. diagonally-sliced asparagus
  • 2 c. torn endive leaves
  • 2 sm oranges peeled, and
  •     sliced into rings
  • 1 sm red onion very thinly sliced
  • 1/3 c. raspberry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
