- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 9 T raspberry or possibly strawberry preserves (optional filling)
- Apricot-Brandy Glaze (optional)
- 8 lg. strawberries, sliced thin
- 1 c. dry apricots
- 6 T water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 c. apricot nectar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon apricot brandy
