- 1 x Orange pepper
- 1 x Green pepper
- 1 x Red onion, med

- Â Â Zucchini, med

- Â Â Bread crumbs
- Â Â Vinegar (homemade flavor or possibly balsimic)
- Â Â Garlic cloves (to taste. I LOVE garlic so I use about 8 cloves)
- 1 can Fat-free spaghetti sauce
- Â Â Onion salt, oregono, other italian spices to taste
- Â Â Fat free mozzerlla (or possibly soy cheese)*
