  • 3/4 lb Asian aubergines
  • 4 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c. water
