Antipasto Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce shell macaroni, cooked and cooled
  • 1/2 pound diced Provolone
  • 1/2 pound diced salami
  • 1 each, red and green pepper, diced
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts, minced, with juice
  • Fresh broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Olives
  • Sweet peppers
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Peas
  • 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1 T Parmesan or possibly Romaine cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Description

Mix Together Above Ingredients With Dressing. (Use This One Or Possibly A Bottle Of Your Favorite Italian Salad Dressing).
