Ingredients
- 12 ounce shell macaroni, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 pound diced Provolone
- 1/2 pound diced salami
- 1 each, red and green pepper, diced
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 jar artichoke hearts, minced, with juice
- Fresh broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Olives
- Sweet peppers
- Cherry tomatoes
- Peas
- 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1 T Parmesan or possibly Romaine cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Description
Mix Together Above Ingredients With Dressing. (Use This One Or Possibly A Bottle Of Your Favorite Italian Salad Dressing).
