- 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves washed and dry
- 1 whl Elephant garlic head Roasted
- 12 ounce Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Yellow
- Â Â & Red Peppers, * (or possibly roast your own and leave out the chile pwdr)
- 2 Tbsp. grated pecorino romano
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Mild to Wild's New Mexican Chile pwdr to
- Â Â taste
- 1 ml Mild to Wild's Smoked Savina pwdr to taste
- 1/2 tsp fresh grnd pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt to taste
