- 2 tsp natural vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch Celtic sea salt
- 1 Tbsp non GM lecithin (optional)
- Home Made Raw Cashew Milk
- 1 cup raw cashews soaked for about 4 hours
- 3 or 4 cups of filtered water, depending on how rich and thick you want the milk
