Ripe Olive Summer Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed chicken broth/stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. lemon flavor gelatin
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 3/4 c. canned pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
  • 1/4 c. celery, diced
  • 1/4 c. cucumber, diced
  • 2 T onion, finely minced
  • 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 2 T mayonnaise
  • 2 T canned green chile, minced
