- 1 bot Red wine
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 2 x Fresh thyme sprigs
- 1/2 c. Dark soy sauce
- Â Â Water to cover if necessary
- 4 x Baby bok choy split
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
