  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 c. Ketchup
  • 1/2 x To 1 tsp. Chinese warm mustard
  • 1 lrg Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 x To 3 tsp. Asian chile paste with garlic
